Alfano, Franco - Signed Photograph

Italian composer (1875-1954) and pianist, best known for his opera "Rizurrezione" and for having completed Puccini's "Turandot" in 1926, though having considerable success with several of his own works during his lifetime.

Beautiful black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment; ink-stamped on verso by photographer Giacomelli, Venice, Italy.  Size is 7 x 9.4 inches, in very good condition.
